The Loop is the framework we use to run marketing for our own Malaysian clients. It's a simple shape: five stations, one direction, feedback closes the circle. The value isn't in any single station. It's that the Loop runs every week, on the same rhythm, and gets sharper as it learns your business.

On Day 1, you build the content half (Plan, Make, Polish, Publish), tuned to your brand voice using your real samples and customer questions. By 5:30pm Wednesday you have a working content engine drafting TikTok scripts, Instagram captions, Facebook posts, and WhatsApp Business templates in your voice.

On Day 2, you connect it to your data (Google Search Console, GA4, your TikTok analytics, your WhatsApp Business numbers) and close the Loop. By 5:30pm Thursday, a Monday morning briefing lands in your inbox every week, telling you what to publish and why.

Yes. The whole workshop is point-and-click and copy-paste. Zero code. If you can use ChatGPT and WhatsApp, you can do this. Razy works the room. If you're stuck, he's at your laptop inside two minutes.

No. ChatGPT is a chatbot. What you're building is a system that drafts your content, catches off-brand mistakes, reads your performance data, and tells you what to do next week. We use Claude because it's better suited to building systems, but you don't need to know it before you arrive.

No. Day 1 starts with a Foundations session that gets you oriented: Claude UI, your personal settings, projects, and the prompting basics. Most attendees have never opened Claude before.

No. This workshop is not HRD Corp claimable. We've priced it below the claimable workshops in this market (which typically list at RM 5,500–7,000+), so your effective out-of-pocket cost comes out comparable, without the grant paperwork.

A laptop. A Claude Desktop install (free download). A Claude Pro account (recommended, about RM 80 a month, cancel anytime). Your phone with WhatsApp Business set up. Five samples of your existing content. A list of your top customer questions. That's it.

You can still do the entire workshop. The research session has a fallback path that works from competitor analysis and TikTok hashtag data instead of your own search console.
